About Medikarma
Medikarma is a 4-year-old, Silicon Valley-based, AI-driven behavioral intelligence platform built to serve as a high-touch digital extension of the primary care practice. We partner with independent physician groups and advanced primary care models to enhance patient engagement, strengthen panel performance and reduce avoidable medical spend. Our platform combines multimodal data, adaptive AI and behavioral science frameworks to guide patients daily, helping address risk factors before they escalate into costly medical events.
We are now expanding our physician channel, with a focus on primary care and select specialty groups participating in high touch personal care and value-based or risk-bearing arrangements.

The Opportunity
​
We are seeking a founding sales leader to build and scale Medikarma’s physician partnership strategy. This role is consultative and relationship-driven, focused on physician-led organizations that prioritize patient experience and assume financial accountability for medical spend.
You will position Medikarma as:

A high-touch digital extension of the care team

A tool that protects panel quality between visits

A proactive layer that helps reduce avoidable utilization

A scalable solution that extends care capacity without adding headcount

What You’ll Do
​

Develop and execute go-to-market strategy targeting independent and risk-bearing primary care groups

Build relationships with practice owners, medical directors and executive leaders

Lead consultative conversations around panel management, chronic condition support and avoidable utilization reduction

Articulate ROI tied to total cost of care and margin protection

Close subscription and partnership agreements

Provide field intelligence to refine pricing, packaging and positioning

Help shape the physician channel from the ground up

Who You Are
​

7+ years' experience selling into physician organizations
-
Experience in population health, chronic care management, value-based care services, specialty pharma, medical device or healthcare SaaS preferred

Comfortable engaging medical directors and executive leadership

Able to translate clinical engagement into economic outcomes

Entrepreneurial mindset with startup comfort

Self-directed, strategic, and execution-oriented
